Praha's Hlavni Nadrazi or Main Station is regarded as an Art Nouveau classic. The main building was designed by Josef Fanta and built between 1901 and 1909. The station was known as Wilsonovo Nadrazi between the wars in honour of US president Woodrow Wilson's support for the founding of Czechoslovakia after the first world war.
Another classic design, a class 451 EMU on a Beroun train, posed in front of the station building on 25 June 2006.
