In my opinion, the best looking electrics in the Czech Republic are actually the Slovak class 350 dual voltage locos that hauled EuroCity services between Praha, Breclav, Bratislava and Budapest. Their Czech counterparts, the DC only class 150 and 151 carry an uninspiring plain green and cream livery that doesn't do them justice. 350 017 had just arrived at Praha hl n on EC136 "Slovenska Strela" on Sunday 05 June 2005 and considerately posed in front of the superb overall roof during a brief break in the clouds.
