If this loco looks familiar, then it probably is. China received a number of V100 Bo-Bo diesel hydraulics from the DDR during the 1970s and all are thought to have gone into industrial service. In common with many of the Polish tank engines of classes ET7 and XK13, the V100s appear to received running numbers based on their works numbers.
This was NYV1003-17015, arriving at Daguantun with oil tanks on 31 December 1984.
